Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
This policy covers refunds for the two things a business pays OfferBoard for: a poster plan (branches and days of reach for your offers) and a business listing (a monthly subscription to be visible on the map, in search and on your own page). Browsing and claiming offers is always free for customers - nothing in this policy applies to them.
2. The free launch window
Yes. Every business that signs up before 31 October 2026 is free for the rest of that window - no charge for a business listing or a poster plan. This policy describes what happens once a plan is actually paid for, starting from November 2026.
3. Poster plans
Yes, in full. A poster plan's paid days only start counting once your first offer in it is approved - if you cancel before that, or before an admin has approved anything in it, the payment is refunded in full.
Within 24 hours of your first offer going live, we refund the unused days, minus a small fee equal to one day's worth of the plan, to cover the day it was live.
No. Once a poster plan has been live for more than 24 hours, its payment is not refundable. You can still pause it from your dashboard at any time - pausing hides your offers from customers, but it does not extend the plan's end date or refund the remaining days.
4. Business listings
No. Once a monthly listing period has started, that month is not refundable. You can cancel any time to stop the next month's renewal - your listing stays visible for the rest of the period you already paid for.
5. How refunds are processed
Once approved, a refund is issued to your original payment method through our payment partner, Cashfree. It typically reaches your account within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank.
6. Requesting a refund
Email [email protected] with your poster plan or listing ID (shown on your billing page) and the reason for the request. We review and process eligible refunds by hand - there is no self-serve refund button in the app.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as pricing or the product changes. We will update the date at the top of this page when we do.
